VR Series 2 Block Identification

[Roydhouse Performance]

Hi all

I have two blocks here which I believe are VN Series 2 however they have 2 different style of main caps. How can I tell what’s what?

V6 or V8 ???

V6 3.8L I believe it’s VR but maybe it’s a VN hence the difference

Below is a list of engine numbers, look at your two numbers and see if you can marry it up to the list

L67 Engine Number
