    Hi all,
Can anyone help me with this?

My VR won't start and it sounds like the immobiliser is clicking in. I get an error code of 31 which is Theft deterrent signal missing.

I'm guessing this might mean my key is stuffed and it's my only one cause when i tried to get a new one programed the computer won't program it and the dealer said i'd have to book it in which mean money.

Is there any easy way around the immobiliser?

Leave the ignition on for 41 minutes and that will bypass the immobilizer.

But you will need to have a new keyhead programmed to your car, will cost you no more than $90 at any holden dealer.
