after some advise on the vr v6's some came out with the top radiator hose coming out between the belt tensioner and the alternator and some out the side along the power steering pump ! am i able to change the housing so mine comes out the front ???? as theres not much room between the ABS unit and the powersteering pump!! thanks inadvance shane
The 'front' exit is the standard set up for cars equipped with ABS. If you have ABS as standard and a 'side' exit it will have been swapped at some point. Perhaps a new motor from a vehicle without ABS? Swapping to the front exit is straightforward, only requiring the housing and top radiator hose.
