VR - UTE - Need help to start

I need help. My fuse box has been burnt in my VR Ute therefore I had to change the whole wiring. I replaced it with VS Series II Calais wiring loom, which has climate control, anti theft, etc. Unfortantly, I could not start the VR motor. I get a spark, petrol and ignition pulse. I have not touched any parts of the CPU.

I have been told that there is a problem with the anti theft security which may be the reason why I cannot start the car?? I dont have a climate control power, the blinkers dont work, etc.

Is there anyone out there that can give me suggestions or help with trying to get the UTE started.... I am not sure of what I have done wrong.
