Those both seem to be either tps related or something to do with that aftermarket throttle body.

Have you checked readings to see if it's witinin spec range for closed throttle & WOT...maybe it's tripping tps out?

Think I read on delco site albeit for ls throttlebody if you file too much tps can go out of spec range & then get fault codes or limp mode

Have you tested the TPS using a multimeter? I'm on my third OEM TPS in as many years.

Tps should read 0.5v closed and nicely go up to 4+v.

I'll ask immortality to recheck the log. I can't remember what closed value was, but I thought it went 5.0v at w.o.t

The log shows it's going all the way to 5.0volts so that will be why it is setting a fault code (DTC 21 and it's also setting a IAC motor fault DTC 35). Closed throttle is 1.06volts so you need to rotate the TPS sensor so it lowers the working range.

I think it is already as low as it can go, but will try and take a look this weekend.
Although if tps voltage was out, then wouldn't tps % be out also?

It starts 0% tps from what ever the minimum voltage is.

If you can't rotate it any further close the blades too and use the idle air bypass screw on the manifold to get iac steps to like 20 steps hot idle

Great idea mate. I will try and find time to try this soon.
I will report back obviously.
(busy trying to tidy the car up so the wife can drive with other bridesmaid's this weekend)
