Is it more like to be a head gasket or inlet manifold gasket symptoms are
- pressurised cooling system
- water conning out of no# 4 & 6 cylinder
- water out of exhaust

Probably either, although inlet manifold leaks are more common than head gasket leaks. However, since you need to remove the inlet manifold anyway in order to remove the heads, you can first check out whether the problem is the inlet manifold gasket. If the gasket looks OK and there is no sign of leakage from the inlet manifold into the heads, you can then go ahead and remove the heads.

Inlet manifold gaskets symptoms are generally only a slow loss of coolant without any other major issues. I'd think with your symptoms your more likely to be looking at a head gasket.
