The windscreen wipers in the missus's VR are stuck on,it started out intermitentaly,all you had to do was tap the windscreen wiper switch and they stopped.It then stuck on and can not be turned of without either disconecting wiper motor or wiper switch.I have replaced wiper switch with one from a wrecker but the problem is still there.I have no book for this car(unlike the VY SS Ute),so was wondering if i was missing anything ie;relay,fuse,etc.... Any help would be much appreciated Ainzy
There will be a relay somewhere although I cannot see one in the manual - the BCM is connected also to the wiper in the wiring diagram - but seeing as it used to be fixed by tapping the switch then I'd bet the problem is with either the connector or wiring somewhere near the switch. Good Luck.
Check your connections a bad earth can do some real wierd **** hey noticed this with my horn on the vr and also from the starter in my zx750
