Hi there, im just wondering if any changes were made to the vs from 1995 to 1996. Are all series one exactly the same or were there running changes?
They should be all the same, exactly what sort of changes are you eluding to, mechanical or trim/body work. If there is a mechanical change during a model run it is usually because a fault has been found and the generally recall all the earlier one for a refit. Usually changes are made at the series change over.
i know that they changed the manual gearbox's. series one had the T5 with a cable clutch whilst S2 had a Getrag with a hydrolic clutch. Airbags were more common in S2 as well.
