VS 304 timing

Just got a 304 with stage 4 cam setting up dizzy and timing. Not sure if you move timing mark on crank to 0 TDC and put dizzy in or move the mark on crank to 10 before TDC and put dizzy in motor there?

Put the crank on 10°BTDC and drop the dizzy in. That should get you close ish and then use the timing light with the PCM in diagnostic mode to confirm the timing.
