Thanks for the part number mate :)

Mine are shocking, straight ground and my open boot lid turns into a guillotine !

No worries...but that part number is for use with a bootlid spoiler.

Part number without spoiler is RGS14687.

And I know what you mean.....mine had just started to do that on flat ground. If I held it in place fully opened for a few seconds it would generally stay in place.

PS..thanks to Luke52 for giving me the part numbers.

Went to the Show n Shine after the Peter Brock Memorial Cruise today.

Took a happy snap since the car was nice & clean.

Nice looking SS mate. The boot leak fixes are a common thing for these cars aren't they. I've done it to mine too. Nice work.

    Thanks mate.

I thought something was up when I didn't see you there. Don't be too down about it...at least when you get it back together it will be something your happy with. There's always plenty of shows and this will happen again next year. Heaps of nice cars there though. Have a look here - West Coast Commodores 6th Annual Peter Brock Memorial Cruise | Facebook or here Facebook for pics.

Think I saw your post on the FB page. Hope your feeling better. Plenty of other shows /cruises coming up.

Sussed out the Cruise for Charity details which are copied below from that other site. I would post the link but apparently they don't work on here.

Date: Sunday the 28th October 2012

Meet Point: Edith Cowan University, Joondalup

Gates open: 8:00am - NO EARLIER

Depart for Cruise begins: 10:30 am

    Destination: Taylor Park, Victoria Park

Gates open: 12:00pm - NO EARLIER

Cost is a minimum donation of $35 per vehicle - NO CHANGE!

I went to the meet point last year for a look see but couldn't go on the cruise. Hopefully this year I'll be able to get it sorted.

Wow awesome! There you go haha. Are you going to lower it at all? Also maybe paint the side mirrors.

    Thanks mate.

Yeah, it's fe2 now but I wouldn't mind a bit more low.....more than likely when the shocks need to be replaced and do it all at the same time with SL springs & shortened shocks. Don't want white mirrors. Wouldn't mind finding something to bring up the finish on them a bit or alternatively paint them black.
