vs auto onto vn ecu is this possible

looking to put a vs auto trans onto a vn ecu and harness .Is this possible and if not what is the best way to achieve this . Maybe swap for vs ecu?

No the VS trans is electronic where as the VN is not. VS trans won't work in most VRs either.

vn is 2 plug ecu/loom....vs auto is 3 plug ecu/loom with vats so other than bolting up like th700.

fix the th700

What I'm saying is the VS uses solenoids to shift where as the VN uses a kickdown cable.
Yeah i understand now .just looking at options as most people are going the other way or doing manual conversions

What is actually in the car & parts you already have?

vn ecu doesn't run any transmission functions...to fit 4l60e basically means need converting car to model the transmission came out of needing the ecu/loom + whatever else is different or needs modding.

vn v8 ecu/loom your options are th700,th350/th400 conversion or sell a kidney 4l80e

Yes this is possible but you require a stand-alone trans controller.

vn-vp use a screw on 3 wire speed sensor, vr-vs is a push in 2 wire sensor so totally different pulses to deal with also
