VS backfiring when accelerating

Hi... my standard vs v6 always backfires wen i try to boot it even the slightest, its quite loud n lacks response and power, pleeez help!!!

do all the basics first. check plugs&leads and replace if suspect, replace fuel filter. run some injector cleaner through it. does it only do this when cold are all times when driving?

I'm thinking throttle body clean & tps?

Could also be a vacuum leak somewhere on the induction system.

Had a similar problem on the parents VS V6, checked the resistance on the leads, and one of them was ridiculously high, replaced all the leads, problem solved.

Simple enough i guess....
was the leads, replaced them n runs fine, also cleaned the throttle body as a precaution....and i was bored!!
