I own a VS Series 2 Calais and had done a Auto to T5 Manual Conversion to a VT Ecotec motor which ran perfectly

Originally there was a small but not too noticeable vibration in the interior then about 2 months ago the gear box started to play up so I went and got a VN-VS T5 Gearbox and put it in with a new Excedy clutch kit and machined the flywheel
Once I put it all back together and had oil in the transmission and everything I started it up and the small interior vibration suddenly got a lot more noticeable to the point it shakes your entire body in the drivers seat, the vibration does seem to go away when the car is going 70km or higher though which is a little confusing

Does anyone know any way of resolving this issue?
