Hey guys, thanks for the interest. The motor is complete and run in, runs like a dream. I'll have some photo's up soon of the install. It was very rough before the tune as is to be expected, idle was pretty lumpy and very loud. Downshifting was basically burble city with heaps of backfiring. It was also getting no fuel above 3000RPM. Obviously a tune was essential.

I had it mafless road tuned and it feels very nice for a 6, unfortunately most of the lumpyness went away. Cam is fine for around town but above 3000rpm is where it really kicks in. I haven't had a chance to run it on the dyno yet.

Fuel economy is about 11L per 100K around town. 9L per 100K on the freeway.

Engine parts and tune cost me about 5 grand. Still haven't gotten around to dyno-ing it. I'm looking at selling it actually, I've recently bought an FG.
