I can suggest Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements not to do. First up would be 20 inch rims with 20 series tyres.

Cut springs for hectic slammage.
Heart shaped exhaust tips.
Hektic autobarn wooden steering wheel.
Seriously though as said above a nice subtle set of alloy wheels and a good cut and polish to really make the paint shine would be the best start. Nothing worse than seeing people spending money to do up a VS with the classic faded/neglected paint job.
