    Hey guys,

Started having this problem that after the engine has been running for a while it starts to miss very bad, struggles to do 20km/h. I have replaced; the coil packs and DFI module, fuel pump, fuel filter. I took it to a diagnostics guy and all he could tell me was I wasn't getting enough fuel pressure to the fuel rail. I need to get this car running to trade it in and upgrade to a VZ/VE so any help would be very appreciated :)

    Cheers

Did he test the fuel pressure?
Fuel regulator or vac line to it...

He put a gauge in the fuel line as soon as the line enters the engine bay. You could see on the gauge that when he put his foot down the fuel pressure dropped right off to almost nothing. I then replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and cleaned out the line.

Could be a hairline crack somewhere along the fuel line which is causing the pressure to drop?

Possibly, I'll give the whole line an inspection.

How do you test if the reg is working properly?

    Fuel pressure test.
When you test the fuel pressure you can isolate both the pump and the reg to test them, this SHOULD have been done when the pump was tested, but by the sounds of your description, it was not.

Visually you can check that the vacuum line is connected and not split, also check it for vacuum by pulling it off and feel for vacuum, and check there is no signs of fuel in the vacuum line.
