Is it running rough on start up (shuddering badly)?
Or do you have to crank it for a while before it starts?
    Or both?

I ask because your thread title and description don't mesh.

If it is taking a while to start I would guess it is a fuel pressure (pump or pressure regulator), dirty injectors, or spark (plugs, leads or coil) issue.

If it is running rough on start it could be a number of things. I haven't had any issues since doing an ECU reset and cleaning the throttle body.

I am sure others may have some more insightful comments.
