Ok i have a 96 vs calais that was getting hot so i decided to do a complete flush so took bottom radiator hose off flushed radiator then as i was reading the max ellery it told me to take the bolts out of the block theres one on each side and flush the system prob is i cant find these damn bolts :bang: if any1 has some pics or help it sure would help cheers
They're hidden under the exhaust manifolds and not worth the hassle (in my opinion). You also should flush the heater by removing a heater hose and flushing. Hate to say it but you will probably find that your radiator is the reason for getting hot....and summer is just around the corner.
In the how-to section there is a guide on doing a proper flush on a VR/VS commodore. Very detailed, pics and explanation. I would be using that.
