VS ecotec into a VP

Hey fellas,
I saw a post a while ago which i cant find about converting the vp v6 wiring harness to run an ecotec, is this actually possible?

AND

Will it bolt up to the 700r4, does it have the same bolt pattern or not, is the input shaft length different.

Just had to see if it was possible without bying a whole VS which at that point i may aswell just keep it.

It is possible & emotec does bolt up....threads on here if use search function.
