vs engine in a vr ???

    does anyone know if a vs engine will go in a vr acclaim and if so what mods would be involved?

    yeah but u gotta change some things like wiring and the comp aswell.. a fair bit of effort 4 not much gain..

    and from what ive gathered from searching around the site, u will actually be able to extract more power out of a buick. although the ecotec uses less fuel and is 17kw more powerful

    no way. most powerful eco I've seen is 700hp most powerful buick is 350.
    both engines have pro's and con's, just depends what you want to achieve. I'm doind this same conversion at some point (need more parts).
    there's really not much point in saying "it's not worth it" because it might not be worth it to some, but to others such as myself, it's well worth the gain

    Was just given a VR with a VS engine today from my sister. So yeah it's do-able :D I'll try find out what she had done.

    I wouldnt do it, Ecotech is not too different apart from refinements, just go by a VS, it'll be cheaper and wont have any conversion problems.

    too much work, just go and buy a vs. easier.
