I have climate control and when car was on i turned the climate control off and the fan stayed on. I turned the car off and the fan stayed on. Had to take the fuse out to get the fan to go off. Any suggestions???
Check this one by Kopper69 out - its about normal A/C but also mentions your prob with the climate control. http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/holden-commodore-how-s/20644-vr-vs-interior-fan-faulty.html
This is probably the better post to check out: http://forums.justcommodores.com.au...re-1993-1997/798-heater-blower-fan-motor.html Check my post at the bottom. Has a link to the page that details the exact mosfet that needs to be replaced. You can replace the fan amplifier for something like $170 or the mosfet for say $15, but you need to be able to desolder and solder the new part in. If you arent able to solder ask around here and Im sure you could find someone that would help you out.
