VS getrag manual conversion with auto wiring loom and ecu

Hey, i have pulled out all the manual gear out of another VS ute (Getrag) to do a manual conversion on my VS series 3 auto and just wanted to know if i can use and auto loom and if so what wires to change and earth out. also what happens ecu wise if i just put the manual memcal in my auto ecu of change the whole ecu and if it affects the VATS from starting the engine or not.

Just change the memcal.
