vs Lsd into vl 6cl

    Hi guys can anyone tell me if this diff will bolt in a 6cl vl.
    I intend to turbo the car in the future
    3.91:1 gears lsd

    Have a read of this - https://forums.justcommodores.com.au/threads/diffs-faq.71234/

    Specifically:
    "the mounting points for the diff from the first VB commodore sedan all the way to the VS sedan(not including IRS of course) are the same, so it's possible to fit any BW78 diff into a early girl commodore. however keep in mind that the VN-VS diff is wider (40mm) then the VL which is wider (12mm) then the VB-VK diffs."

    VS has a wider track than a VL, so bolting it in will be painful, not to mention having to flare the guards to fit standard size tyres in

    You can fit stockiest and not much else in. They're just as easy as a normal diff to fit but can only run pursuities without scrub city. I'd put the centre in your housing and take the 25 spline vl axles in and the VN axles and have the VN ones shortened.
