vs manual conversion

    VR 5speed With ecotec conversion
    hey i just bought a vs auto and i want to put the motor into my vr 5speed and im wondering if anyone could tell me if the flywheel needs to be changed since the ecotec used a t5 and getrag cause i want to use my t5 behind the ecotec.. also i should be able to use the manual starter motor off the buick right??

    vs series 1 is t5 and series 2 and series 3 utes were getrag i think! the vs and vr flywheels have different part number tho not sure what the exact differences are. you will possibly need the vs manual flywheel. also vs and vr motors different wiring etc. not sure if the starter will work with the vs manual flywheel
