When my mate and i did the coils in his, we went to Bursons and asked them if they had MSD coils, the guy behind the counter said there'd be little to no difference in performance and recommended the standard delco ones.

They do give a better spark which gives a smoother idle, but it says it gives more mid range rpm.Ive seen a few cars that have them, but if your willing to pay 4 x more than the standard ones.

they didnt do anything on my old vs or my mates vs, bascially all they do is look good, its the same thing with people thinking thicker spark leads give better spark, save your money for other things

I wouldnt touch them mate, you dont need more spark ect its stock, Plus for the price they dont do much at all, For 200 give it a decent service, do leads, plugs, oil and filter. Run a decent oil threw it, even give it a coolant flush mate, may come to a little over 200 but its well worth it
