vs rear dimister not working!

Just needing some advice my rear dimister is not working, no power at the back when removing the plug and testing with a test light, switch does light up when pressing the button and deffently power behind the switch. is there a fuse or any other common problem ?

Check the rear defog relay in the fuse box under the dash is working, swap it for another one. Also check fuses 3(25A) and 10(7.5A) under the dash.

have you got a multimeter, check the back window to see if its getting power.

I did put a test light and no power there, all the little fuses are working which one is the relay as my diagram for the fuses doesnt state which one is rear dimister?

Should be one of the smaller 4 pin relays, usually the one closest to the steering column, its marked A1 on the fuse diagram shown on the fuse box cover.....

Could also be the switch. I've had to replace one before.

will give it a try tomorrow the fuse, has anyone got a pic of which one it is ?

iv also given several switches a try as I thought they were faulty but all the same result
