Here’s mine. Unfortunately some idiot t-boned me and I sold her last year for $1500. The guy who bought her is lucky, she wasn’t officially written off as she wasn’t insured. I bought her new, cost me $40,500 after taxes and the addition of a sunroof. They made 58 manuals, not 58 autos as I read somewhere on one of these posts and mine was build number 58.

Advertising isn't permitted (except for in the trading post as per forum rules). Post altered.

He isn't advertising, merely telling us as what happened and telling us he's sold it some time ago.

That's because I removed the advertising component of the post as mentioned in my original reply.

Plus I think it might be a she rather than a he?
Not meaning to be stereotypical but quite often it is a she that try to sell there wares in their first post as the primary reason for signing up.

is it? I hadn't noticed. My take on the she over he was the username containing 'GAL'

otherwise I would take a wild stab and say the gender balance on this site overall probably skews male over female ;)

@Darren what are the gender stats? :D ;)

Statistically the issue could be more blokes doing it, but the ratios of blokes and girls using the site is why the statistics would sway the blokes way. I have just noticed it a few times and when I have noticed the for sale thing on #1 post and said something it's been chicks more often.

It actually really gripes me, when people offer nothing and then expect a free ad to sell their wares. Same goes when you give advice to a newbie and never hear back with a response or thanks.

I think the more 'instant' feel from facebook groups and the like have made people less engaged overall.

I took a long break from JC for no reason and coming back I noticed the stark difference in the way I use and communicate on JC vs FB etc....
