series 3 vs ss ute
I've got a series 3 VS SS ute with a worked 4L60E 4 spd auto and stage 3 more stall only done about 3000 kms since the box was put in. Recently i took off from a set of lights and as soon as the car shifted into 2nd the car "bogged down" and is as if i was driving with the brakes on. if i put it in 1st the car won't move at all, it feels like its trying to but something's all locked up. It moves in drive but still feels like driving with the brakes on. the trans fluid level is normal and still shifts between gears, also reverse seems to be fine. if anyone has any idea what the problem might be your help would be much appreciated. Not sure if the problem is the box or the torque converter. the list of mods to the box are as follows

slotted steel plates and borgwarner red clutches,
6 clutch plates for 3rd - 4th,
corvette servos,
wide 2 - 4 band,
half inch oil pump boost valve,
modified boost valve spring,
modified 1st - 2nd accumulator piston (shifts extremely hard into 2nd)
modified 2nd - 3rd accumulator piston,
modified - resized valve body plate
modified pressure regulator valve,
modified pressure regulator ramping solonoid,
modified 1st - 2nd shift valve,
modified 2nd - 3rd shift valve and spring

Ok, the wiring harness has been converted to run off of an ls1 computer, will it still have the same codes?

Was the box done at a workshop or a backyard job?
If a workshop I'd take it back for warranty.

It really depends on whether the LS1 computer is controlling both the engine and powertrain, or just the engine. If it's just controlling the engine you should be able to get powertrain codes out, depending on whether they have left the original ALDL connector still functioning.
