So i had a run in with a gala which did a few bad things to my car, ie broken windscreen and lights which have been fixed but my antenna snapped off,

currently just running a spare jammed in the hole which seems to work, however i would like to fix it.

whats the go with new antennas?

i just replaced mine, and now have to do it again after a high speed bush bashing event... Antenna is 60-70 bux. you can get it from covrntreys, auto one, super cheap their all the same. to acess it you need to take the guard off from inside the wheel tub. only need to unscrew the trailing edge of the wheel arch, pull the piece of plastic out over the lip of the arch and you can see the electric antenna module thingy. then its all pretty self explainitary from there (undo whatevers holding it on then do the reverse to remount it) dont for get to reattach power lol

just to o over that guys point again.. most mechanics will try to stooge you by replacing the whole system (motor Ariel and everything else).. but inmost cases the motor is still perfect and all u need is a new stem/sleeve... sooo i reckon the stem kit is the way to go aswel =D
