Pop th3 bonnet and look to see where it's coming from. That's either a burst pipe, sump damage or the filter has wound loose

Everything in front of the filter looks dry. The underside is coated in oil. That suggests the oil is partly pressurised when it comes out.

I’d be looking at the oil filter first.

I would suggest to drop the oil too. That is looking far older than 10000kms. It’s black as. Is the rubber seal on the oil filter?

Who ever changed that oil, didn’t change the oil. You might have paid for the oil change but instead gave someone some money for nothing. There is no way in hell that oil is three months old even if it’s a daily.

also found this little snapped o ring, not sure where that’s come into play

It should be snugged up by hand. How ever it should be hard to remove by hand after a while. If you were able to undo it with little effort, likely there’s your problem. Hope so.

To clean that oil up, paper towels and then degreaser and the hose a few times. Then if it’s still there, degreaser and water, get some “Fatsorb” onto the ground. It’s the stuff you put in the tray in the BBQ. It can pull oil out of cement pretty well.

They haven’t double sealed it have they, where the original o ring/seal was left on the oil filter housing and they installed the new filter (w/ the seal)? It’s a common mistake
