I just checked the trip meter calibration of my 5 litre VS Stato and the figures were 602, 625 and +10. Having a read of the other posts about this the default setting should be 625 for both, so I want other VR/VS V8 Stato owners to post what their calibration figures are. cheers
Plus 10??? The 602/625 look within reason, but I am very surprised by the +10. Are you sure that it is +10, or might it be +1.0? This calibration figure is for fuel tank quantity, and I did not think that it offered that much calibration. I run a V6, with distance set to 625 with new tryes increasing to 631 as they approach the wear limit. Fuel is very accurately set at 645. I run the tank calibration at +1.2L, which is a couple of litres conservative for my setup.
isnt the +10 for the low fuel indicator\reserve so u can set it to say last 10l or anywhere u want, well thats the jist i got from a quick read of my vp calais and vq stato manual
Calibration Error. In the VR/VS at least, the calibration is a + or - to allow for error in the empty reading.
what i have read all v8 stato's have 80L tanks so the 80L switch set and 0 for the tank setting if ur interested my 93vq is 625,625,0 and every thing is spot on
