    new car?

A new car! That,s a good idea except I am an aged pensioner with $150 a week to live on after rent. My new car would have to be a Tonka Toy.I just need a body from somebody so I can use my car as a donor for parts. Cheers

sub frame damage= stuffed doesn`t it? so if that was the case I would think it would be an easier excercise to get another cheapy and do it that way.

Depends on the damage. It is quite straight forward (if not a ****load of work) to unpick it and weld in another one if the surrounding sheetmetal isn't damaged. That said, for the value of the car, it probably isn't worth it. Best bet would be to either on-sell the car or wreck it and buy another with the proceeds.
