just bought 2000 model vs ute with 150k on it and drove sedan b4 it, the ute feels like the arse end like doesnt follow the front straight away if that makes sence, is cause of like no load in back?? my sedan felt like i could drive it fast and would stay on road no problem, maybe ute is different maybe its just me?? just feels like arse end feels light.
hehe there is a sensor for the diff, have alook under the steering wheel panel. sets the stabilizer for load carrying or sumthing forgot the name, on my mates vs 2000 ute it was dissconected, connected it and he had heaps more control of the arse
Maybe trailing arm bushes too, maybe try rebushing the rear end if it needs it and se how that goes and if you dont plan to using it for real, lower the rear end.
sensor to the diff hey, should i just be able to see something dangling if its not connected??? im guessing to look at where all the fuses are??
load level its like a chain thats dangling down onto the panhard , it was a while ago there is a fuse under the steering wheel thats part of it
lol not very mechanical, i do service my own cars and that buit other stuff like panhard have no idea?
look under the ute at the diff, behind the diff is a bar that goes across from the diff to the under carrage. u will notice a u bolt config thats attached to the bar, its the load leveler. sorry i cant help out more, i dont own a ute
