New to the site so just thought i would post up a pic of my VS Model - 98' VS Series III Ute Colour - White Engine - 3.8 Ecotec V6 Engine Mods - OTR-CAI, K&N filter, Redback Headers Exhaust - High Flow cat, Redback 2.5" Catback exhast Wheels - 18" somethings Suspension - Sport shocks, Lowered slightly (only about 1") Gearbox - Column Auto Diff - Stock Brakes - stock Interior - Stock Other Mods - Tinted (not shown in pic) Stereo - Alpine Plans for future - New CAI, Intake manafold insulator, Plenum Spacer, ported throttle body, LS1 maf, 1.98:1 Rockers, Tune. Any one have any other ideas for mods, i know i need to pait the bumpers but i keep hitting roos and cracking them. Thought i might get some other mods done firts and fix up the cosmetic stuff later. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated, or if you think any of the mods are not worth it. Cheers
nice and clean lookin vs mate, you live in the country? i recon paint the bumper and take the bullbar off would make it look the **** but fair call if ur always runnin into some roos then
Cheers mate. yeah, in central QLD at the moment. back to VIC in a few weeks then off with the roo jewlery and a bit of a tidy up, throw a bit more money at the old girl and get a few more horses out of her well that the plan anyway
ChappyVS95 you got a pretty straight 95 VS. all the ones i've seen from that vintage are a bit rough around the edges. good find mate
Cheers mate, yea took a while but found one, prev owner of 13 yrs (so most its time) looked after it, middle aged bloke, with 118k on the clock
yeah. they are a good looking machine the old white VS. shame about the bumpers.... makes the whole show look a bit cheap.
