VS V6 Auto to Manual Getrag Conversion

Hi all I'm struggling to find information on a VS manual getrag conversion, car was originally Auto but i really need a step by step guide on what needs to be done as i can't get my car to start, i've got a getrag engine loom, box, ECU and everything that's required to do the job but i don't know what the go is to why it won't turn over so if anyone could shed some light on the matter i'd really appreciated it,
