vs v6 electronic issues

hi all first time poster here, you guys have already been a great help.

okay so my vs v6 manual ute sometimes won't start when I turn the key (fuel pump does start) it will however start if I turn the key off and on again a few times. (or if I hit the unlock button on the key whilst in the ignition but engine light will stay on of I do this....) the thermo fan does not seem to come on also unless I have the ac on,related? also high beams seems to come on randomly however this could just be a faulty switch In he instrument cluster. along with this if the hazard switch isn't in the sweet spot and I try to indicate the hazards will come on lol

Points to a faulty BCM, scanning them will often not tell you that they are cactus but doing “special functions” will give you a fair idea of the condition of the BCM.
