VS v6 On incline behaves as flooded. Errors 15,16,31

Hi folks, new here, first post

Only when on a slope with rear downward. Doesn't need much of a slope either,
and pretty tough to start even with pedal to floor, and much black smoke and sputtering.

15. coolant temperature high voltage
16. ..."........".......... unstable...."...
31. Theft deterrent signal missing.

Not sure how to use this information.. Clues welcome!

15 and 16 both refer to the coolant temperature sensor, which is located below the top radiator hose on the front of the engine, it's the one with the 3 wire plug. sounds like the sensor needs replacing.

31 is antitheft, usually happens if the key remote is flat or didn't contact the key ring properly. Basicly you tried to start the car and they key was not accepted as being valid.

ECT sensor or wiring faulty giving incorrect readings to ECU and over fuelling and running rich . renew sensor or repair wiring
