- 1996 v6 vs
1997 VS V6 Automatic transmission has a stalling issue. The vehicle stalls when coming to a complete stop. The vehicle also stalls occasionally if shifting from neutral to reverse or drive with foot on the brake. Vehicle restarts fine after stalling. Have tried the following remedies with no luck:
Replaced IAC valve.
Cleaned air filter, throttle body, and MAF sensor with contact cleaner to the best of my ability.
Plugged vacuum line for cannister purge to compensate for any vacuum leaks.
not too sure on next steps. Possibly trying to remove throttle body and physically clean IAC passage with a pipe cleaner or something? Any help is much appreciated.
