2 sc14's one with yellow dipstick and that + shaped front pulley and the other one looks like an aircon drive pully without the big + it seems to be the only one with pulley upgrades.and the guy who was the main dude for them has died so may be harder to find now

are you running standard plugs?...usually a range colder is needed...i didnt see a fuel pressure gauge be handy to fit one in you dont want to run it lean or you'll blow a head gasket or worse...bye bye VT motor...another thing is that 10.2 compression might be a tad high for boost...

Yeah I did the heads way befor I new a Sc14 would fit. It seems worse now ive changed the plugs gap to 1.2mm might go back to 1.5-6mm.
Im looking for a fuel reg at the mo but a gauge would be good just to see whats going on. Any idear about my shitty idle other then the plugs?

supercharged vt II acclaim
just a thought- have ya changed the breather hose that go's under the throttle?

but ya should be able to get it to run right on only 2psi without changing fuel reg, injectors, diff spark plugs/gap, ect.......... hav you try'd it with the standard memcal? mine ran as smooth as poo with standard tune..

the only time i had idling/hunting issues is when i didnt have a bov and was getting full pressure against the shut throttle... and when i had bov on wrong side of the maf...

edit- (another thought) i had missing issues from a dodgy earth to the coils too. just ran another earth wire to em and was sweet..

Did you do what i said with the IAC yet?

You definately need a rise rate fuel reg.

Plug gap at that boost level should be 1.5.

Hard to say what the miss is without being in the car but could be an unrelated problem with the ignition.

Ive done the plugs Tryed that IAC and with no change, Should there be a change?
Has the BOV befor the MAF
Coils have 2 big earths one to the head where the coils came from and the other to the body earth point,
Using standed computer and chip,
The crank breather under the TB is blocked and the other vac line runs my Boost gauge because I took all the admisson stuff out and put a mini filter on the fuel tank breather I think you can see in the pic where the bat used to be! Im going to put my mates complete TB on when hes over next and see what happens.

Ok did the change over today and all went fine, No fuel reg and TB infront of charger. Now Ive got a miss and cant work it out, Number four spark plug is wet when I pull it out but then sparks when holding it against the car with motor running so I put that plug in a diff hole and then the plug I put in number four did the same thing, Does this mean my leads are breaking down or coils buggered?
