from the logs after you changed the o2 sensor your fueling was fine, so your pressure reg is working.

If you can get hold of a fuel pressure gague you could test it, or get your local mechanic to do it.

Have you checked to see if the vacuum line to the reg has fuel in it?
If the regs diaphram has spilt it will be sucking fuel straight into the intake manifold.

Are the spark plugs black (rich)?

I know the logs looked good but it couldn't hurt to check.

the spark plug is not black they are normal color
I will check the fuel pressure

still got 300km on 54L of fuel and the second time i got 307km on 53.7L.... it is still sitting at 18L/100km on town/ highway driving....
please advise...

I got around 400k (Still has some in the tank) from a full tank after changing both oxygen sensors, yours should also have two sensors.
Mine has the 4 wire sensors and they have not been cut.
Is there a chance you have a fuel leak somewhere?

yea i got the same 4 wire sensors and all 4 wires are intact,
fixed all the fuel line no leak at all....

tried that only got extra 10km ,
i didnt let it go over 2000rpm... drove like a granny....lol

sounds like youve covered pretty much everything, from the last logs you sent me your LTFT was spot on so the engine isn't using more fuel, so either it's leaking somewhere or exhaust is blocked causing you to use more throttle.
