vs v8 exhaust options

Hi im going to put a new cat back system in my vs v8. Im looking at the redback and manta brands what does everyone recommend also trying to decide weather to get a rear resi or straight thru rear pipe as i dont want too much attention.... Any opinions are welcome.

Hey bud I got a vs v8 and when I bought it it had 2 resi behind the cat, 3 inch. The bark was way worse than bite there. I was able to slot a muffler between them and she's got a nice note now and I didn't notice any restrictions in power. Hope that helps.

If you go a single 2.5" you can get away with just the center muffler and no resi. I had this initially on my VQ and it sounded slightly meaty yet silent at cruise.

A single 3" you will need a middle muffler and a rear resi otherwise you will get a bad case of tinnitus.
