Just wondering what the difference between a vx and a vs engine is? I blew my manual vs engine up and bought a manual vx engine to swap into it.
Thanks Brendon

I think there may be slight differences to the inside of the inlet manifold and other small things to improve it's economy. I don't know if any of the connections are different or anything like that, the ECU in a VX may be more powerful and/or have a different tune but if the plugs are all the same I'd imagine you could swap it over and it would work.

Might be an idea to use all the sensors from the VS.

Just use the wiring from your vs, the only thing you have to change is the top section of the manfold and also the exhaust manfold (EGR)
note vs and vt a/c are diffenernt too
