No, IRS won't affect the front bearings, they are all the same whether the rear is IRS or live axle.

I would've never thought that there was a difference in front hub assemblies between Live axle and IRS fitted vehicles. I've always know it to be ABS or Non ABS due to the wheel sensor being fitted on the ABS units.
