ok so my mates got a vs v6 and recently its been running a bit rough when you rev it it would stutter like its out of fuel and wouldnt rev any higher. then we changed the fuel pump and now its even worse you can rev it slowly but once you give it abit it goes to about 3000rpm then start stuttering and even stalls at lights. he has changed the coils, lead, plugs run fuel system cleaner through it and it still does it. does anyone know what could be causing this?

Try checking for fault codes: http://forums.justcommodores.com.au...22307-checking-error-codes-vr-vs-revised.html
Has the fuel filter been changed?...maybe CAS...or a bad vacuum leak so check all hoses....blocked cat....squashed tailpipe....bad connector up under the DFI module which may also be bad....plug wiring incorrect...Double check each coil for good spark by removing lead from coil with engine running (use insulated pliers) - spark should be bright blue and flash across the top of coil.
    Good Luck.

It's still doing it not as bad tho no fault code have since put another brand new fuel pump as fuel pressure was low and it has had a new fuel filter about 2 months ago. Exhaust is fine also. Anyone got any other ideas? Seems to me like it flooding itself. Doesn't happen all the time tho some time it runs fine sometimes you can't rev it at all.
