i just read this whole thread for the first time, such a shame the ending wasnt how i thought it would be... it was one awesome lookin wagon

fark!!! that was the nicest vs wagon ive seen and its gone ...what happened?

i beieve the new owner was pulling out from the kerb and a woman in a 4wd plowed in to the front guard ripping the wheel and suspension completely out from under the car.
It was in a 50k zone but ther was no braking at all and he said he was stopped waiting for her to go by.
She says he pulled out in front of her, so far the police haven't laid any charges so no at fault has been given as yet.

It looks like the new owner got a pay out from Shannons so will most likely end up at auction somewhere.

The chrome door handles come from VQ, VR &VS Statesmans and Caprices.
usually around $100+ for the 4 from wreckers and off ebay like these below.
