ok legends 
.. hopefully you guys can help.
car is a VS2 column shift auto with a VS3 cluster/dash conversion.
So the car was running fine a couple of months ago and was parked up with no battery in it (there was a battery in it when parked up but it went flat while connected and was removed).
i chucked a new battery on it at the weekend and the cluster is dead/no illumination and the fuel pump isnt kicking in .. all other sparky bits work blower/lights/indicators/stereo/Central locking etc ..
theres power going to the ECU/BCM/Cluster but i cant get it to come to life ?
could the key be the problem?
maybe the pickup on the ignition lock ?
ive been through as many posts on here as i could find but none seem to cover the same problems ..
