Hey guys any help would be very much appreciated.

I've just bought a non-turbo VL and looking to do a conversion to a 304 EFI Auto. I was offered a VSII Berlina V8 for $1000.

I know everyone keeps saying the VN has all the parts you need. My question is will i be able to do the same thing with the VSII Parts? i.e Loom, K-Frame, Gearbox mounts etc.

the physical engine swap is the same as VN/VP. It's basically the same engine. The gearbox x-member should fit a VL as the VL had the stepped floor pan like the VN-VS
Easiest solution, is swap the VS EFI bits for a VN/VP ECU & loom + associated bits eg MAP sensor, O2 sensor etc
but if not, you can use the VS setup, it's just a bit more complicated to setup
