VT 304 CAM HELP

Hey there,

I'm trying to work out how much lift is too much lift for the cam I've been offered.

Orginally I was getting a stage 3 crow cam.
.548/.548 lift
As they are out of stock and materials for 6-8 weeks I've been offered a choice of a lunati cam but I'm worried it will have to much lift
Lunati cam
.574 intake lift and .589 exh lift.

Any help would be great thanks.

Will you not be doing springs at the same time? You would be silly not to really.

My cam has similar lift at around .550 lift and I’ve purchased the +.050” blue racer valvetrain kit. As standard the heads are only good for .500 lift using lt1’s
