Driving home The other night an the car started spluttering and chugging really Bad Headlight dashlights went dull then stalls.
Tried to start the car sounds like the battery is flat.
open the bonnet seen the battery moved a bit and push the earth strap against the fan belt cutting half way through...
some people gave me a jumpstart probably got another 4 km down the road, same thing..
Drove it home in the morning stalling it in the driveway replaced all the wiring, it’s
been doing the same thing ever since. took the battery to get tested the batteries 100% good..... does anyone Have a clue????????

Was the battery wiring fixed properly? I'd be following the wires a bit further back to make sure that nothing else got damaged. There's a possibility that something else was damaged while the battery moved, check the negative terminal too?

Some battery test ok but cant hold charge when used, if your battery is good and hasn't got any fried cells that drain and not charging then car stalls eventually, also if your alternator isn't charging same stall, it might have got a zap from your cut wiring issue. sort the battery and alternator first

I've never had a battery make it past the load test that was dead. Either you're talking about a state of charge test or the load test has not been performed correctly.
