Vt 304 into VL

after some advice or anything I might need to know

Bought a VT ss with the 304roller motor and T5. Wanting to put into my VL

My questions;
-Will my VL power steering rack fit?
If not will the vt rack fit?
-What K frame will I need? Can I use the VT k frame?

Use a VN-VS 304 K-frame, the VT one won't fit. Just FYI too, VT 304 never came with a T5, only a Getrag. So unless somebody went out of their way to put a T5 in you'll have a Getrag.

Getrag will probably need a custom cross member and probably a custom tailshaft also.

vn-s v8 kframe
your powersteer rack...either vn-vs powersteer setup or custom lines etc for vt setup
vl hydraulic pedal setup (assuming it has getrag)
vt 5l slip yoke???? not sure if it has speedsensor gear on it like vs v8 s3
vats turned off in ecu...look up threads for wiring or get a sparky
vn-s airbox or mod up vt airbox
headers or extractors off vn-vs v8
vn-s v6 radiator/thermofan or copper v8 radiator
front half of tailshaft & g/box mount may need custom but think can mod aftermarket version for 4l60e

That shold be enough to give you a headache & wish you bought vn-vs v8 setup at the start...

Yeah ****, should’ve done more research. Got plenty to think about
But the engine and gearbox should fit with some minor mods?

Also would you know if the vt brake setup would fit? Or what would be the best options?
